2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and all purchases made through it. By browsing or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products
Lorvi sells phone cases, screen protectors, and mobile accessories. Product descriptions, images, and compatibility information are provided in good faith. Please verify device compatibility before placing your order — Lorvi is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices where the correct model was stated in the product listing.
If you receive an item that does not match its description, please contact us at support@us-lorvi.com within 48 hours of receipt. Lorvi reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Lorvi reserves the right to correct any pricing errors before fulfilling an order.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Lorvi does not store your full card details — payment data is handled by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent. Lorvi reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch — for example, due to stock unavailability or payment issues — and will issue a full refund if this occurs.
6. Shipping
Lorvi ships exclusively within the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within an estimated 7 to 15 business days from dispatch. Shipping is free on all orders. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Lorvi offers a 90-calendar-day return window from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on us-lorvi.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product photography — is the property of HIGHPROTEK LLC operating as Lorvi, or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HIGHPROTEK LLC's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the order giving rise to the claim. Lorvi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory US federal or Massachusetts state consumer protection law.
10. Consumer Rights — Massachusetts Residents
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable US federal law, including the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (MGL Chapter 93A) and applicable FTC regulations. Massachusetts residents who believe their consumer rights have been violated may contact the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office at mass.gov/ago or by calling 617-727-8400.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@us-lorvi.com so we can resolve the matter directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may pursue any remedies available to you under applicable Massachusetts and federal consumer protection law.
12. Modifications
Lorvi reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
