Terms of Service

Welcome to Lorvi. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and HIGHPROTEK LLC, doing business as Lorvi, the operator of us-lorvi.com, and apply to all visits and purchases. Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. Your use of the Site or completion of an order constitutes acceptance.

1. Who We Are

Lorvi is the trading name of HIGHPROTEK LLC (DBA Lorvi), a limited liability company located at 15 Cleveland Avenue, Everett, MA 02149, United States, EIN 33-3774550. We sell phone cases and accessories online through this Site. You can reach us at support@us-lorvi.com or the contact form, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time (ET)).

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase. The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them; if we learn that we have, we delete it. By ordering you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the payment method you use is yours or you are authorized to use it.

3. How You Pay

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your card is charged when the order is placed. The charge appears on your statement as US-LORVI.COM. If a charge is declined, or our payment provider's fraud screening flags the order, we may ask you for additional verification or cancel the order. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before contacting your bank — most issues are resolved within a business day.

4. Prices, Taxes and Currency

All prices are shown in USD. The price of an item is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and shown at checkout. The total shown at checkout — items, shipping and taxes — is the total you pay; we do not add fees afterwards. When we advertise a discount, the reference price is a price we actually charged before the promotion. We correct pricing errors when we find them; if an error affects your order we contact you before shipping with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. How Orders Work

When you complete checkout you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We confirm receipt by email and accept the offer by dispatching the goods; until then either party may cancel. We reserve the right to refuse an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, our fraud checks are not satisfied, or the delivery address is outside our shipping regions — and in that case we refund you in full within 7 business days. Quantity limits may apply to some products.

6. Shipping

We ship to the United States. Orders are processed within 1 business day; at checkout you choose Standard Shipping (USD 8.44, 7–14 business days, free on orders of USD 129 or more) or Fast Shipping (USD 21.95, 7–12 business days). Every order includes tracking. If we cannot ship within the promised time we notify you before that date with a revised date and the right to cancel for a full refund; if the delay exceeds 30 days or is indefinite, the order is cancelled and refunded unless you expressly agree to wait. Full details, including our fulfillment locations and how import duties are handled, are in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Returns and Cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge before the order ships and return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or legal reasons. Returns are free — we cover return shipping. Returns are sent to 15 Cleveland Avenue, Everett, MA 02149, United States. Approved refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item to the original payment method, and refunds for cancelled orders within 7 business days. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. The complete Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms and is presented to you before checkout.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos and the Lorvi name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproducing, distributing or using our content for any other purpose without written permission is prohibited. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email support@us-lorvi.com with the details and we will respond promptly.

9. Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lorvi and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection statutes. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Warranty

Products are covered by the 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects described in our Return and Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the term of that limited warranty. Because Massachusetts law does not allow limitations on implied warranties in consumer sales, that limitation does not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Site itself is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Use of the Site and Customer Reviews

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its security or operation, or to misuse promotional codes. Customer reviews published on the Site are from verified purchasers; we do not publish fake reviews. By submitting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it, and you confirm it is honest and your own. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

12. Products and Availability

We make every effort to describe products accurately and to show them as they are. Colors may vary slightly with your screen settings, and dimensions are approximate unless stated as exact. Our products are unbranded, generic items sourced from selected manufacturers; any brand names appearing in descriptions are for compatibility reference only and do not indicate affiliation. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order ships; if an item becomes unavailable we contact you with the options of waiting, a substitute or a full refund. We do not use false scarcity or countdown claims.

13. Other Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and the current version is always available on the Site with its "last updated" date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, M.G.L. c. 93A where it applies. Please contact us first at support@us-lorvi.com: almost every issue is resolved by our support team within a few days. Arbitration agreement. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you and we agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Class action waiver: claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with the consumer protection office of your state attorney general or with the Federal Trade Commission.
