Start a Return

This is the fastest way to start a return, exchange or cancellation with Lorvi. Tell us which order and which item, and we will send you the authorization and the return address by email.

1. Please Note

  • Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery; items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories.
  • Cancellations are free before the order ships.
  • Returns are free — we cover return shipping. Damaged, defective or wrong items are always our responsibility — attach photos below.
  • Do not ship anything until you receive our authorization email with the return address (15 Cleveland Avenue, Everett, MA 02149, United States).
  • Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item, to the original payment method.

3. After You Submit

  1. We review your request and reply by email within 2 business days with an authorization number and, for returns, the address to ship to.
  2. Pack the item securely with the authorization number inside and send it with a tracked service; keep the receipt.
  3. When the parcel arrives we inspect it and email you the outcome. Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item; cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.
