Who is Lorvi?
Lorvi is a US-based store specializing in phone cases, screen protectors, and mobile accessories designed to protect your device without hiding its style. We're operated by HIGHPROTEK LLC, based in Everett, Massachusetts.

What do you sell?

How can I contact you?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend required.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes about 7–15 business days after dispatch. In total, most orders arrive within 8–18 business days from the order date. Delivery will never exceed 30 calendar days.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package in real time at us-lorvi.com/apps/parcelpanel. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Shopify Payments. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD).

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted via SSL and processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at support@us-lorvi.com as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You have a generous 90-calendar-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with packaging intact.

How do I start a return?
Email support@us-lorvi.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 1–3 business days with instructions.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra business days to show it.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — just let us know the size, color, or model you'd like and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Who pays for return shipping?
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For voluntary returns or exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Please email support@us-lorvi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Products & Warranty

How do I know a case will fit my phone?
Each product listing shows the compatible device models. Please double-check your exact model before ordering. If you're unsure, email us and we'll help you find the right fit.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. All products are covered against manufacturing defects under applicable US consumer protection law. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
