Returns & Refunds Policy

In accordance with applicable US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A).

1. Return Window

Lorvi offers a 90-calendar-day return window from the date you receive your order. You may return any eligible item within this period without needing to provide a reason, provided all return conditions below are met.

To initiate a return, please contact us through one of the following channels:

  • Email: support@us-lorvi.com — include your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return
  • Return form available at: us-lorvi.com

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@us-lorvi.com or via the return form at us-lorvi.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 3 business days with confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Once confirmed, securely repack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship to the address provided by our team.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as outlined in Sections 4 and 5.

3. Return Conditions

Phone cases and mobile accessories:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • Cases must show no signs of use — no scratches on interior grip surfaces, no lint or debris from device insertion, and no marks or scuffs on exterior surfaces.
  • Screen protectors and film-based accessories must be unopened and unpeeled.
  • All original components must be present, including any included installation tools, cleaning wipes, or guide cards.

All items:

  • The return request must be submitted within 90 calendar days of receiving the order.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Cases showing signs of use — interior device insertion marks, lint, scratches, or any evidence the case has been fitted to a device.
  • Screen protectors or adhesive film accessories that have been opened or peeled.
  • Items with physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Missing original packaging or included accessories.
  • Customized or personalized items made to the customer's specifications.
  • Final sale or clearance items, clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Lorvi will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original outbound shipping costs will not be refunded in cases of voluntary returns, unless the entire order is returned due to a defect or error on our part. Please allow 3–10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or model, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Lorvi covers all return shipping costs.
  • Voluntary return or exchange: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@us-lorvi.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include photos of both the product and the packaging.

Lorvi will arrange, at no additional cost, the shipment of a replacement or, if unavailable, a full refund including original shipping costs.

8. Product Warranty

All products sold through us-lorvi.com are covered against manufacturing defects — including broken snap-in mechanisms, defective card slots, material failures, and faulty hardware components — under applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws, including FTC standards on merchantability and the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (MGL Chapter 93A).

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, physical impact, improper fitting, or misuse.

9. Cancelled Orders or Out-of-Stock Products

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, Lorvi will notify you by email, cancel the order, and issue a full refund within 14 calendar days via your original payment method.
